The problem
Still running your team on WhatsApp, Excel, and paper?
Every field business hits the same wall. Here's what's quietly costing you money and trust.
Fake attendance & gallery uploads
Workers mark present from home and upload old photos from the gallery, with no way to tell.
Lost site proof
Photos scattered across WhatsApp chats, phones change hands, evidence disappears.
Monthly payment disputes
Excel mistakes, missing days, angry workers. Every payroll cycle becomes a fight.
No idea who's on which site
Owners spend hours on calls just to find out where their own team is right now.
On the ground
Your team is out there. Now you can see the proof.
Every check-in arrives with a live photo, the time and the location.
How it works
From chaos to clarity in four steps.
01Add your team & sites
Set up workers, supervisors and projects in minutes. No training required.
02Workers check in from the field
Live geo-tagged camera. No gallery uploads, ever. Works on any phone.
03Proof & attendance flow to you
See who checked in at which site, with photos, timestamps and location.
04Payments calculated automatically
Days worked roll up into clean monthly payment summaries. Zero Excel.
